Amenity Forest Rules

Regulation
Totally prohibited activities pugut (Vandalism), damage, destroy plants and facilities available in the area of forests;

  • Not allowed to take anything except the picture and do not leave anything except your footprints. 
  • Should always maintain the cleanliness and beauty of the forest. 
  • The use of fire to be given oversight to avoid fire or destroy the forest 
  • The activities of hiking, fishing, sit chalet / log cabin and camping must obtain permission from the management.

Reminder
The management is not responsible for any incidents that occur on personal and property of visitors while in the forest.

Fine
Use the bins provided. Littering by interfering (Everywhere) is an offense and liable to a fine not exceeding RM 10,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia: Ten Thousand) or imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both such fine and imprisonment. [Section 83 (2), the National Forestry Act 1984 (Amendment 1993) three years or to both such fine and imprisonment. [Section 83 (2), the National Forestry Act 1984 (Amendment 1993).

Taking of forest products from the forest without permission is an offense and may be fined not more than RM 500,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia: Five Hundred Thousand) and imprisonment for a term not less than one year but not more than twenty years [Section 15 (2), Country Forestry Act 1984 (Amendment 1993).

Cut, ring, mark, lop / tap any tree; or damage by fire or remove any tree or timber without permission is an offense and shall be liable to a fine not exceeding RM 50,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia; Fifty Thousand) or imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years or to both such fine and imprisonment. [Section 81 (2) (b), the National Forestry Act 1994 (Amendment 1993).

Ignite, keep, carry or let the fire burn in the forest without permission is an offense and shall be liable to a fine not exceeding RM 50,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Fifty Thousand) or imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years or to both such fine and imprisonment. [Section 82 (2), Nagara Forestry Act 1984 (Amendment 1993).

Safety Guide Falls / River / Lake / Pool

  • Users are advised to read and adhere to the rules and conditions of use on signage before entering this forest. 
  • An unhealthy or diseased are prohibited from entering the pool. 
  • Every swimmer must abide by the lifesavers (life guard) or any of the officers. 
  • All swimmers must wear swimsuits allowed and appropriate. 
  • Act like a rough joke or plunge whim is prohibited while in the Falls area / river / lake / pool. 
  • For safety reasons, swimmers are advised to get out of the waterfall / river / lake / pool during rain and thunderstorms. 
  • Swimmers are advised not to wear a watch or any jewelry while swimming. 
  • Food and drink are not allowed in the vicinity of Falls / River / Lake / Pond. 
  • Users are prohibited from spitting in the Falls area / river / lake / pool and other things that can contaminate clean areas. 
  • At any time, the officers are entitled to prevent swimmers from swimming and asked them to get out of the waterfall / river / lake / pool. 
  • Every swimmer is swimming at their own risk. 
  • The management is not responsible for any accident that occurs on the swimmer. 
  • For the purpose of implementing the above rules, the waterfall / river / lake / pool area Recreational Forest is defined as a circle around an area of 4 meters.
